Results of the CEFRIO 2009 NETendances Survey

Najoua Kooli joined CEFRIO in November 2007. She has worked in the marketing and social research field for nearly 12 years, having previously served as research director at Léger Marketing and Impact Research in Montreal. She has developed solid expertise in the areas of research methodology, marketing surveys, communications and information technology.

Ms. Kooli has managed more than 100 surveys and moderated discussion groups for major organizations in both the public and private sectors. As part of her thesis research, she studied Internet advertising and consumer behaviour. She also lectured in the area of market analysis at HEC Montreal School of Business.

Ms. Kooli holds a master’s degree in management sciences (marketing concentration) from HEC Montreal.
